  • The moment fraud is detected a FraudWatch PLUS representative will attempt to contact you by the phone number(s) you provide to MTCB.
  • If you cannot be reached, when applicable, the analyst will leave a message that indicates he/she is calling on behalf of MTCB, provide the last four digits of your card number and ask for a call back to the toll-free number. It is very important that you call back as soon as possible after receiving this message.
