Line One – Telephone Banking


Line One is your 24-Hour, fingertip access line to MTCB. From any telephone, you can access your account balance, verify deposits and withdrawals, transfer funds between accounts and even check interest rates.

Access your account

To access your account, use the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number (Personal Identification Number, or PIN). To change your PIN to any four-digit number, press main menu option number 6 and follow the prompts. For your security, be sure to pick a four-digit number that’s easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess. Keep your PIN in a safe place for added security.

Transfer Funds

Day or night, Line One can transfer funds between your accounts. Whether you want to bump up the balance of your checking account from your savings account, or transfer cash to make a loan payment, funds will be moved and available immediately. For your protection, please remember that transfers can only be made between accounts with the same primary account holder.
